This tango is included in the new CD UNA of Luisa Maria Güell. The CD was nominated for a Grammy in 2007. Miss Güell received many awards in Europe and America during her career, among them the Edith Piaf Gold Medal in France. It was the first time that this coveted medal was given to a non French singer. Also in France she received the award as Best Interpreter. Miss Güell will be in concert next March 29 at the Miami Dade County Auditorium in Miami.

       The Producer/Director of the COVERING CUBA series, Agustin Blazquez, candidly explains the motivation for making the series of 5 documentaries in English that uncovers what is too often not covered in the mainstream press in the US. In it he explains that, as an artist, his preference is not politics, but, having lived through Cuba's revolution, he finds it his duty to present the Cuban American side of the story not usually available to Americans.
